This position requires a strategic and experienced engineering leader with 7–10 years of experience and a proven track record in team management, project execution, and technical problem-solving. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will drive engineering strategy, optimize resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects while leading and developing a high-performing engineering team.
