Lead Mechanical Engineer
The Lead Mechanical Engineer is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the mechanical engineering function for one or more processing areas within mining and minerals processing operations, with a focus on cobalt, nickel and lithium processing and production. This position requires a strategic and experienced engineering leader with 7–10 years of experience and a proven track record in team management, project execution, and technical problem-solving. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will drive engineering strategy, optimize resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects while leading and developing a high-performing engineering team.

Technical Services Operator
We are seeking a Pilot Plant Operator to support research and development activities in a pilot-scale processing facility.
