America needs self-sustaining solutions to
power cleaner energy. We’re answering the call.

National Security

Reliable and ethically-sourced battery metals are essential for the future of the United States to reduce its reliance on metals from conflict zones and foreign entities.

Our country needs these metals to manufacture lithium-ion batteries for powering electric vehicles and energy storage systems. That’s why we’re working to create a sustainable global supply chain for battery metals.

Abundant Supply

Our mine holds an estimated 72 million pounds of recoverable cobalt, likely making it the largest such reserve in North America; XX pounds of recoverable copper; and XX pounds of recoverable nickel.

This excludes the battery recycling division that will handle lithium. We’re committed to reliable, on-time delivery of clean and ethically produced cobalt, nickel, copper and lithium that will support the advancement of America’s renewable energy resources.

ESG

Environmental

We implement technologies and processes that minimize the impact on the environment, such as pollution prevention measures, resource recovery activities, and other environmental best practices.

Diverting end-of-life batteries from landfill to sustainable resource recovery.

Protecting land, air, and water resources.

Collaborating across the supply chain to implement the highest environmental standards.

Maintaining the integrity of our facilities to avoid environmental incidents.

ESG

Social

We set the highest standards for employee health and safety by building a workplace that promotes diversity, inclusion, dignity, and respect.
