Ms. Mead is a Partner at Grassi Advisors and Co-President of Grassi Franchise Services. She is a finance and business leader with experience in accounting, consulting, legal, and executive roles. She purchased and scaled OnePoint before selling the company in 2025 to Grassi Advisors, a leading, national CPA firm. Ms. Mead began her career at Deloitte as an auditor in financial services, later advised high-growth companies as a management consultant, and served as President of Allonhill, which provided credit risk management and mortgage review services to major government-sponsored entities and financial institutions.
She is active in Chief Executives Organization and Young Presidents Organization holding multiple board positions and has served on multiple nonprofit and civic boards. Ms. Mead has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, named the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year, and listed among the 25 most powerful women in Colorado. She holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University and a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
