Pax Silica Summit

Summit

WASHINGTON, Jun. 25, 2026 — US Strategic Metals’ (“USSM” or the “Company”) Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Stacy W. Hastie and Chief Commercial Officer Michael R. Hollomon II represented USSM at the Pax Silica Summit, hosted by the U.S. Department of State at the Donald J. Trump Institute for Peace. The summit brought together government officials and industry leaders from 14 allied nations – including Australia, India, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates – to advance trusted AI supply chains, secure compute infrastructure and the export of the allied technology stack.

The day’s sessions covered topics central to USSM’s mission: AI infrastructure security, access to critical minerals, semiconductor capacity shortages and protecting supply chains from state-backed adversaries. Hastie and Hollomon joined discussions alongside Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg, who leads the Pax Silica initiative, as well as Office of Science and Technology Policy Director Michael Kratsios, Defense Department Under Secretary Emil Michael, National Security Council representatives David Copley and Caleb Orr, and officials from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Treasury Department and the U.S. International Development Finance Corp. Senator Todd Young of Indiana, a member of the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, also participated in the day’s closing session on AI and biotechnology.

USSM’s presence at the Pax Silica Summit reflects the company’s continued commitment to strengthening the national security through access to critical minerals and supply chain frameworks that underpin American technological leadership. As the U.S. and its allies work to reduce coercive dependencies and build resilient, trusted technology ecosystems, USSM remains engaged with the policymakers and industry partners shaping the next generation of economic security.
